CAUSE

authentication.
Cause 2
There are network connectivity problems. Or, there are Domain Name System (DNS)
configuration problems.
RESOLUTION
Resolution 1
Change the settings in the Internet Information Services (IIS) by following
these steps:

Microsoft CRM Version 1.2.

If the problem continues, enable the Automatically Detect Settings option in
Windows Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Start Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click
Internet Options.
2. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN Settings.
